It was a pleasure working with Victor Peña Law. We were very surprised that Mr. Peña himself contacted us personally upon my husband writing to his office with questions we had about taking a settlement offer from the disability insurance company. Attorney Peña was courteous, knowledgeable, swift, professional and understanding. It helped that he was polite and understanding of my health issues as I have a backwards sleep schedule. He communicated with me through email, text and calls. That was very convenient. He also had connections with the people at the insurance company, so once I did my part in electronically signing what I needed to he expediently returned with a higher offer. I was approved for LTD benefits through my group insurance carrier, but to later have my LTD benefits terminated by them as well. I felt totally defeated and devastated.
