It is important to note that this review is from the perspective both a client and colleague. I do not often speak publicly about an incident involving a local law enforcement agency and myself, but I feel compelled to do so to present a fuller understanding of both the firm and Ms. O'Halloran. As a local criminal defense attorney myself, I found myself in a situation where I was being accused of something I did not do. There are a lot of individuals and colleagues that I could have called, and this is not say that they are not fantastic attorneys. However, I knew that Ms. O'Halloran and the entire Ringsmuth firm would give me both a vigorous defense, along with the wealth of knowledge the firm has. When you are facing legal issues, you want an attorney that is going to be decisive, sure footed, smart, and respected. That's what you get. My experience with Ms. O'Halloran extends back many years. We were on opposing sides when she was an Assistant State Attorney and I a defense attorney, and we are colleagues as she is now a defense attorney. No matter what we might have ever disagreed on, her arguments were sound and reasoned and I always respected that. That is exactly why when I needed someone, she was the person that I called. I have always found her to be professional, but also I have seen the fighting spirit that she has ... she will go to the mat for you. So consider all of this when you are choosing a defense attorney, because you are not going to find many in this area with the tenacity that she and this firm have, coupled with their expansive knowledge of the law. By the way, after Ms. O'Halloran got involved it only took a matter of a week or two before my charges were dropped, full stop.

If you want a lawyer that actually tries to win and does everything they can to get the best results then peter is your guy. Besides hearing about peter for a while from friends about how good he is, it took my best friend joe getting in a little trouble and using peter and winning before i decided to use him. Shortly after my best friend won i happen to get in a situation myself, joe my best friend said you need to get peter so i did . Peter was by far the best lawyer ive ever work with, from start to finsh it was nothing but a pleasure to work with him. The power he seams to have in the court room is just awesome, when we walked in everyone was greeting him , come up and give him a hand shake by a few and all and all just well respected . Me and peter ment 3 or 4 times before trial going over everything and he even called me late at night right before trial the next morning tell me what to expect and to say or not . just coaching me though the whole thing . Peter went above and beyond, he even brough on his other lawyer danielle which she was amazing as well, i was dual represented so i had 2 lawyers . I was charged with 3 charges bui, failure to blow, failure to have boat registered. 2/3 charges were beat, meaning we went to trial and was found not guilty for failure to blow, failure to have boat registered. Bui was dropped to wreckless boating which they were trying to hit me with 2nd alcohol related offense cause i got a dui 4.5yrs ago so the fact he got it dropped to a wreckless boating was amazing. During my case they did the bui one day and other 2 charges another day. The bui i took the offer on and other 2 charges we went to trial for and won. My only regret about this case was that i didnt take the bui to trial . After seeing peter do his magic in court for the 2 charges i wish i wouldnt have taken the bui deal because im confident we would have won that too. Bottom line peter is the best and his team is just as good and will forever use him(hopefully i dont have too but if i do i know i can count on him) thanks alot peter, you the man!

I highly recommend them. They are absolutely wonderful. I had a very scary situation and knew I needed them in my corner. They explained very clearly what to expect, the good and the bad. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. So I did. They are the Best in Lee County and I never once felt unsure of anything they told me and knew we were in good hands. It’s important to note that my review is based on experience as an EMPLOYEE. If you are looking to find quality representation on your case, this firm is likely a great choice. However, if you are inquiring about working there, it may not be the atmosphere that you expect. As an employee, the respect or rather, lack thereof, received from Danielle O’Halloran was disheartening...she has bully-like tendencies, lack of poise and self-control, and is apparently incapable of considering the negative implications of what she says/ how she says it before letting words escape from her mouth. If you are looking for a forum in which you can be honest about how you feel as an employee, this is not the job for you. If what you say isn’t in alignment with the inflated ego of Attorney O’Halloran, you are likely to be met with blatant disrespect and mistreatment, and unfortunately the seemingly passive and/or compliant attitudes from the rest of the staff, despite this obvious unethical behavior, simply encourages her behavior. If you wish to find employment where you’ll be treated in a manner that you deserve, perhaps look elsewhere. Alas, this is simply from my personal experience and everyone is different. I just found it necessary that someone actually speaks on this, because it seems as if individuals are afraid to do so. Be sure to use your own discernment and discretion when considering this firm for employment.
