I went to Mr. Foxall for my divorce and at first he and his paralegal seemed very nice and knowledgeable. I was dealing with coming out of an abusive relationship, and my husband was trying to drag out the divorce basically to torture me. I had questions for Mr. Foxall about my divorce (that’s why I hired a lawyer, because I’m not a legal expert), he got irate with me. I just wanted to understand the process, but instead of answering my questions he screamed at me to get the f*** out of his office. He is a terrible lawyer and I’m sorry I ever gave him a penny. The way I was treated was inexcusable.

I really trust Roy Foxall for any divorce and legal matters. He has represented me on 3 different occasions all with positive outcomes.

My familly hored Roy Foxall when I was in jail for a misdemeanor which violated my probation, Very very late showing up to court rude, called him from jail when he finally excepted charges for call, did not even know who I was or my charges, Did absolutely nothing at court to try to get me out, he kept wanting extentions, horrible took what Judge offered, No faith in Roy Foxall at all. Totally incompetent 5 thousand for 1 misdemeanor, could have gotten a real lawyer.

Great Attorney, he did help me out on a case a couple of weeks ago. I got to Florida from Virginia and he was ready for the court . He did great and I won the case. Other party Attorny was a bully and Roy managed the case in a very calm and smart way. Give him enough information and enough time to defend you. If you are innocent he Will help you. If you are guilty that is your issue at the end.

Unfortunately I did not pay attention to others’ negative reviews. I hired him to represent my father’s divorce. We frequently found out he hadn’t done something that was needed or contempt hearings were filed because of missing information. We were notified about these things through my father’s soon to be ex-wife! We were frequently told, everything is fine. But in fact that was not the case. Finally frustrated to the point of anger, I called the office and was hung up on by his secretary after trying to figure out what information we needed to do to complete the divorce. I absolutely would not recommend this attorney!

Unless you are looking for minimal effort, and a lawyer who goes to court completely unprepared, do not hire Mr. Foxall. I filed a restraining order for my ex husband's continual harrassment, which was turned down. Even after the divorce was settled, I had to take my ex back to court to enforce my "right of refusal" which was also turned down in favor of my ex's mother. I am an upstanding single Mom who has never been legally or socially out of line. Mr. Foxall's attitude was "Oh well," while I was crushed and crying. I ended up with 50/50 custody from a very cruel divorce. You would be wise not to hire Mr. Foxall.

After almost 6 years of litigation, and 2 previous attorneys i was referred to Roy Foxall. Roy and his team are amazing. Roy is very ethical, compassionate and agressive in court. He listens and fights for the kids. He keeps you informed. Hes very upfront with his fees, and does not push the paperwork and constant phone calls just to keep his clock ticking to increase his fees like most attorneys do. Roy is very professional, ethical and yet compassionate, yet fights like a bulldog in court. Roy and his team at made a believer out of me that not all atorneys are out just for the dollar. He was very compassionate and cared about the welfare of my children. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Roy Foxall and the patience, time and effort of my long drawn out case that he won for us. I highly recommend Roy and his team if you want the job done!

I have hired a few lawyers over the years to handle different legal issues and Roy was easily the best one. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable- all attributes of a good attorney. And he was very accessible- phone, email, office meetings- which was ideal for me. He was very fair with his pricing. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind, which isn't true of some attorneys. I highly recommend him.

This man is a life saver, i walked into his office as desperate as can be seeking answers and professional advice as the mother of my child was trying to relocate to another state with my son. He assured me of my rights as a parent and all the procedures and steps that needed to be taken to move forward with this case. He has been accessible at all times to reach, what mainly not only shocked me but caught my attention is that Roy doesn't believe in paralegals he personally addresses every call to his office not like your typical high horse lawyer nowadays that you cant ever speak to on the phone. Roy has been very professional , firm and very respectful he was very involved in my case also felt like a friend was consulting me at times. He was concerned always if the mother was allowing me to spend proper time with my son needless to say this case didn't even make it to court before everything reached a settlement. THANK YOU ROY!

Horrible, I went in for a simple child support case, it took 3 years. His office is incompetent, and there billing is ridiculous. I had a credit on my account and they added it as a monthly charge. Charges for the same thing were double charged for supposed review. He had no idea about my case, until he reviewed his notes, although supposedly was being charged for reviewing the case all the time. I do not reccomend him. I could have probably gotten the same amount of child support representing myself. Horrible waste of money!!!!

I was referred to Roy Foxall by a very close friend. I would recommend Roy for his knowledge and experience in his field. During my divorce he was very kind and compassionate at some very difficult times. Jeanna and Kayla were very understanding and helpful whenever I contacted the office. I am very thankful for what Roy has done for me and would recommend him to my family and friends.

Single mother, seeking custody (I did get it) but Roy was always rude, abrupt, and dismissive of my concerns. His office was rude as well. He also "reviewed" my file a lot. It was outrageous. Seek help elsewhere.
