They helped us through a difficult insurance situation

Marc K has helped out many of my clients on Sanibel and Captiva Island. If there’s a question about hurricane damage, insurance etc. he’s at the top of my list.

You were so awesome last week! I keep replaying the events of you having to ask the judge to make her answer the questions and all the “objection” “relevance”… it was truly like an episode of Law & Order, but the Jerry Springer twist!

After nearly a year of fighting with I surance company after Hurricane Ian, we were referring to this law firm by our contractor. We were definitely leary as we had never sought legal help before. We got off to a rocky start with 1st attorney who left the firm. However we were reassigned to Raymond Powers. This guy got us a settlement within two weeks! He called us and patiently explained our options and ALWAYS returned our calls and actually texted us with updates . His demeanor and sense of humor helped make the process much more palatable! He even called us on the weekend when he had an update. What great and unheard of service in this day and age. Kudos to Raymond. We are now in the process of getting our new roof which originally we were told no by insurance co . We are still amazed at the speed that Raymond got things done.
