I honestly do not understand the bad reviews Mr. Ian has. I spoke to several attorneys and their assistants in Fort Myers to find counsel for my father. Mr. Ian exceeded expectations and literally went the extra mile. He strategically planned how to deal with the State Attorneys office and the Judge. He didn’t make any promises and was truthful with me and my father. His assistant Terri was absolutely amazing and diligently walked me through the whole process. Honestly she was the one who hooked me at first! They have great communication in that office about their cases and I rate them A++++! On top of everything they have extremely reasonable pricing. They were so good that if I was able to afford it, I would of payed them more! Thank you Mr. Ian and Ms. Terri, I am forever grateful for getting my dad back!

I have been in situation that different languages, but the law doesn't understand, all was against me and my family, the only one that God send him to save me, was this man, the other just talk and put you more down, Mr. Mann is the light to go out, and he get me out and clearing my record, he was even beyond the expectation in timing. advise not talk to any one and ask Mr Mann, talking even explaining that you didn't do something, can be the only wrong action that make you go to custody or to the gail. thank you Mr Mann and thanks for all your nice fast responsive teem.

Great Experience

Honest man!

I hired Ian Mann for a restraining order falsely filed on me and removed me from my home. He charged me $1500 dollars and said if I use him for my family law case he would put $750 towards it. I retained him a few months later. Emergency issues arose, where my ex kept my children from me numerous times without a court order and during the hurricane where I did not know there whereabouts. He gave me horrible advice and wouldn’t help me file an emergency motion. My ex used my son to file false allegations with dcf and came and kidnapped all my children including one that wasn’t his and filed for sole custody. The month that in between the hearing, my ex would not let me talk to, see my kids or bring them to school. They missed 3 weeks. He did nothing but make me cry in his office and told me to wait and be patient. Only wanted more money. He did not help me at the hearing and when I wanted to talk to the judge, told me to shut up and be quiet. He cost me my children and and then filed a motion to withdraw at the hearing to re-instate my parenting time due to a bad relationship with a certain judge that is prejudice towards him. Do not hire Ian Mann. He did nothing but take my money , hurt my case and help me loose my children. I am now so financially deep and two years still fighting for my children because he did not care and properly handle my case. Sometimes having an awful attorney hurts your case versus representing yourself. He only cares about money and will not help you. He is very arrogant and a liar.
