This review is for Diana Castrillion. She was very pleasant to work with, explained things thoroughly in a way easily understood and handed my case quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend her.

I reached out to this law office via their website to assist me in retitling a piece of real estate. I received a call back in less than 24 hours from one of the partners, Richard Ricciardi. He spent the time on the telephone helping me understand the process and both he and his staff did everything they promised. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional. They made everything easy and the cost was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this firm and we will use them again for other legal work as needed.

Paid $2,500 down and another $550.00 per month for three months to finish my case that could have been done with one phone call. Spent 15 minutes on my case every month. After that it took them over one month to send me my money. Pick any law firm beside these guys.

Untrustworthy unprofessional liar Riccardi
On Friday June 08 2017 I started receiving phone calls at approximately 9am. 2 were from Sandcastle Title followed by 3 from the from your client informing me that you went and saw her and basically indicated to me over the phone of the extreme uncomfortable nature your meeting with her and put her in and she felt, scared and forced to sign paperwork as well as the security of her portion of the estate. There was a reason your client and myself went and assigned power of attorney to myself her fiance. before a certain time on Tuesday. You had never met your client. Before that day to consult with her, nor do you know anything about her immediate needs or the almost 10 year relationship we have shared together as well the current status regarding her family involved. She called me extremely upset and disturbed that morning. I then consulted with Joe Viacava on her behalf and learned or was told by his firm that you contacted them or your firm in regards to retaining his services. Well after consulting with him and getting a retainer fee of almost $10,000 which is unethical due to him knowing from your alleged firms contact with his firm that she was incarcerated and had a great deal of money coming her way since he could get payment threw you and due to the nature of you and client conversation. There was a specific reason which is Nobody's business except mine and said client as to why we made it a point to go to your office before court that day for her. I then had a visit at the jail Friday December 8 2017 at 7:35 PM and she really got into great detail about your meeting together. Based on you meeting her for the first time when her and myself went to your office, not knowing the length of time as well as nature of mine and her relationship, or the current situation with her family which is not good. So after speaking with her at the jail as well as the phone from her immediately calling me in distress immediately after you saw her as well as jeapordized her money by contacting another firm on her behalf. She and I are contacting the ACAP first thing Monday morning to explain the matter in great detail and learn how to formally proceed. Because like I stated which is Nobody's business but ours there was a direct reason she did what we did Tuesday as well as me notifying you of her wishes that were discussed prior to my assignment and still are from our conversation Friday evening at the jail. There was specific reasons behind me being her power of attorney for the portion of her estate she was entitled to as well as her right to exercise her rights to grant me whatever powers she wants over what's hers you met me and shook my hand and said client for the first time. myself going on 10 years of love and friendship with said client. at the moment I am writing this to let you know she has asked me to proceed with the proper agencies to inform them of what has occurred and to see what or if any violations have occured due to Florida statues that the Florida bar governs. You met me for litterally five minutes I've know the client that appointed me for almost 10 years so for you to advise her in such a manner with no fact to our personal relationship together I don't feel is ethical or fair practice since there are matters at hand that aren't anyone's business but instead of consulting with the three of us and you not meeting your client until just this week Im very confused on how you could judge say or advise her in anyway about me and what she should do. Bottom line the minute she returned to where she is staying in current facility. I was immediately notified by her by telephone and told of the uncomfortable nature you made her feel as well as her feeling pressured into signing something she did not want to. I can get the conversation between us at her temp place of stay.since they are all recorded and have contacted the said entity for transcript to prove her words about the meeting already letting them know our transcript of our visit may be needed.
