I hired the Goldberg Noone Law firm to help reresent me after suffering a devasting injury after being hit struck by an suv who was speeding in a residential area while standing on the side of the road with my bicycle. I suffered major injuries including permanent disfiguration of my right leg, scarring, loss of income for over a year, an homelessness resulting from not being able to work while recovering. Goldberg firm insisted theyould fight for me and get me the settlement I deserved back in April and that they would get my case settled within 90 days. Itsbeen over 6 months and as of yet there has been no progress made. In addition to not evenobtaining my medical records I also had to give them the policy information four months into my case because they didnt have it. I have tried to contact them numerous times and they have not gotten back to me. If you want a lawyer who is actually going to fight foryour case I would not reccomend this firm.
