We retained Musca law after facing serious grand theft charges and are very pleased with the outcome! Even with the charges they managed no jail time and NO conviction! On top of that, after restitutions are paid in full the incident can be sealed/expunged. Life will carry on with a lesson learned and a great future thanks to Musca law. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome!

My first call after I got out was to the John Musca Law firm. I spoke directly with John Musca who told me don't worry we'll take care of it all, and he was right. I blew a 0.23 and Musca Law had my case reduced to reckless driving, they immediately got me a hardship license, and I got only 6 months probation. I never missed a day of work. Before I called them I was worried about my case with these Criminal Charges. When I was talking to them they reinsure me on my case, They even took my call on a weekend!! I dont know any law firm that would do that for me. Besides this one here.This is my second time using them I wouldn't use anyone else as these people are the best in my opinion.

If your child or young adult is in trouble this is the law firm you want. They are compassionate, caring, empathetic and professional. I had to Baker Act my son and when taken the police found marijuana on him and charged him. Thanks to the Musca Law Firm my son was not given jail time or probation. I am so grateful that I contacted and hired this firm.
