I have to echo the positive reviews! Christina Holly is an excellent Attorney. She is level headed, and a fierce advocate. I feel fortunate to have been represented by her. She is my go to Attorney for family matters.

Awesome attorney !!

Christina Holly has been hands down, the absolute best attorney through my parenting/time sharing case. She has a transparent, fierce, yet level-headed approach to her practice. My case started in March 2020 and has been resolved as of June 2021. It was drawn out due to the other party’s shortcomings through case management meetings, mediation, then unfortunately eventually trial due to the lack-of from the other side. All of which is timely, emotional, & stressful. You can’t beat what you pay for with Christina’s work. She was able to win every single request I submitted in trial & then some, even reimbursements from the other party, all resulting in the best interest of my child. She absolutely has the child’s best interest at heart and keeps that as her sole purpose & drive throughout the case. I appreciate her transparency & diligence most of all. No sugar coating and weighing all options to find the best approach. She has grace, court room etiquette, and a sharpness in her case performance. Never missed a beat with filings and two steps ahead. I can not thank Christina enough for what she’s accomplished that is best for my child, and with the assistance of Kristin in her office always being on the ball. Having Christina Holly as my attorney was one of the best decisions I’ve made. When I was served with divorce papers I was feeling stressed and anxious and knew I needed the best attorney to defend my interests. I interviewed almost every top divorce/family attorney in Fort Myers and Christina clearly stood out to me as the best one. Not only did she come highly recommended she had a seemingly natural ability and presence in the courtroom and was very tactful in communicating with the opposing attorney. She is also a great listener. She’s very professional yet so down to earth and easy to talk with. I did because of the results she was getting for me. I recently settled my case and almost everything I asked for was incorporated in the final judgement. My now ex- spouse hired another top lawyer in town commented to me that Christina was impressive for a number of reasons including her responsiveness and that we were able to come to an agreement that was suitable for both of us. Note that Christina guided the communication and was proactive throughout the entire case. Christina filed almost all the motions, papers, etc, guided the agreement conversations and emails, and submitted the final judgment to the Judge. The fee for Christina’s advocacy in my case was fair and ended up being slightly lower than what was estimated at the beginning. From the time I was served the case was settled and signed in less than three months, which includes waiting a couple weeks for the Judge to sign the final judgement. If you have a divorce or family law matter I encourage you to schedule a meeting with Christina. She is among the top 1% of attorneys I have ever worked with.

Mr. Kayusa handled a landlord tenant matter for me, the landlord. He was difficult to contact called only a day or 2 before the court date. There were well defined provisions of the lease (mandatory cleaning fee) as well as photo supported damages that he did not negotiate. A month after hiring him and after over $900 in fees to him, he said to give the full security back. Very bad representation.

Mr. Kayusa is the epitome of class, knowledge and tact, and his staff is nothing but helpful. I couldn't recommend his services enough.

Ms. Holly represented me in a matter related to a divorce 25 years ago in another jurisdiction. I found her extremely professional, knowledgable, and attentive to the details of my case throughout.
