Hired in 2010 for $10,000. Sawyer Smith told me not to worry about going to jail, he said , well I WENT TO JAIL! He did NOTHING! Then, 2021 I asked to help reinstate my rights. He said ok, $ 18,000 more!!!! Screw Wilbur Smith law!!!!!!

Our experience here was not the best. Unfortunately the Lawyers in this firm are thrown case after case on top of one another and can't focus on any giving case because of the work load they are given. I do have to say that we had Ryan Doyle and Danny on our case back in 2016 and although they were amazing and did all they could do for our case we nearly fired the firm after making a large double digit payment for services because of the lack of communication due to them being on case overload. Ryan did everything he should have in our trial and because of the work he provided we were able to win our Appeal in the 2nd District. I am happy to say that Ryan is now on his own and holds a small case load so that he can give each individual case his highest attention to detail and for this reason I hired him for our returning case through his private firm! I would not recommend this firm if you are wanting communication because that won't happen. The firm controls the lawyers and there caseload.

They was very informative and very helpful when they needed them. We will gladly refer them to all our friends and family.

After a 1. 5 years of my case being over, we had a minor technical error from the state of Florida and Mary Beth solved all of our problems in 1 hour. I'd recommend this firm over and over for any DUI needs. Thank you for consistently being there and taking care of us!

He was very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him even if you're just looking for legal advice. Don't hesitate to contact this firm if you're debating it.

I wouldn’t use Sawyer Smith if the future of your life or business depends on it. I feel like I was robbed for $5k. Asked for a cease and desist letter. They told me to write one and they would send it. I never wrote one and it was never sent. Didn’t really feel like that was my job. That’s why I hired a lawyer. Still dealing with the same problem almost 9 months down the road. If your told you should use him because he’s a good ole boy, dont let that sway you. He probaley spent a total of about 2 hours on my stuff. Maybe his 4 ex wives (says a lot about his character) need too much money and that why he is okay with ripping people off. Stay away if you don’t know him well or if your just a small guy. You will not get the help you need.
