Weeks before the hearing, Attorney Garza took the time to thoroughly review my family's case and prepared a clear, effective strategy. On the day of the hearing, he had already filed a Motion to Dismiss and successfully persuaded the State Attorney to agree with our position. As a result, the judge dismissed all charges at the start of the hearing. Afterward, his office promptly addressed and corrected an error in the final deposition. Despite dealing with a challenging client (my family member), Attorney Garza remained professional, committed, and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome.
