I have found Mr. Wetter to be very credible in what he says he will do versus what he actually DOES. He is straight forward and an excellent communicator. As a former prosecutor, Mr. Wetter is able to provide excellent representation in difficult circumstances. My case is still pending but so far he has achieved great results. 1250 to retain him for me to pull all paper work. In 5wks he only seen my boyfriend one time. Even after leaving messages. Was late to court. Didn't have paperwork or even know anything about the case. Which was a simple Vop with lab reports showing THC levels dropping and was clean after 11 days of being released. Never cross examed the lab tech who stated new smoke takes 30- 40 days to exit body. If so why was he clean after 11 days? Never questioned why 2 different P.o. officers stated they bag the urine. Unprofessional. Not prepared to handle multi cases at one time. . What a waste.

I would just like to thank Attorney Wetter for the manner in which he handled my case. I can't go into the specific's of the case but I made a "Huge" mistake by hiring the wrong guy because I assumed he was great because he's on every billboard in town and on TV (the Shemp Howard looking guy) and he claims to be a 'pit bull' on breaking down the testimony of the arresting officers and cross examining witnesses for the prosecution. He was your stereotypical wanna be 'rock star' attorney. And unless you have a high profile case that will promote his image he wouldn't hesitate to sell you up the river. My family members who have been in town for 35 years new Steven Wetter personally and said he's the ONLY guy you want. He accomplished more in one day than the previous two attorney's from another law office did in a year and a half. Attorney Wetter, has the unique posture and experience of having worked for both the prosecution and is now (fortunately) a criminal defense lawyer. He know's how to deal with the prosecution and he know's what will be acceptable and in your best interest. Consequently,, he salvaged what was available for him to work with and I felt I had the absolute best possible representation and outcome. That's just my story, but I've since spoken with many local attorney's who confirm that he is the best and he has his own style. He works alone with, brilliance, thoroughness, stealth, cleverness, diligence combined with a life time of experience including what will be acceptable to the prosecution. The best thing is he will present you with all options and give you he's best judgement. With regards to my particular case he was spot on and literally saved my ass from what could have been 10 time worse and ruined my life completely. Believe me, he's a good, honest and decent man and he'll lay it right on the line and I guarantee he'll produce the best results. steven wetter attorney, and bianca was a life saver for me, i was looking at court with 2 DUI steven had looked over my case from a prosecutor,view and then from a criminal attorney, due to his extensive background as a prosecutor. Steven Wetter is as goods as they get!!! I got a DUI in Feb 2014 with a BAC over .25 and he was able to reduce it to reckless driving with hardship. In 2015 got a DUI because I did not blow and he was able to get my driver license reinstated with out hardship and no classes. He is the best attorney in town!! I just want to say thank you to him and his staff. If you are looking for someone who will work night and day on you case look know further.
