Melissa Sherman is the best lawyer in Ft Myers FL. Not only is she compassionate she is professional , diligent, honest , and determined to get the job done. Just on the FREE consult alone I could tell she truly cares about her clients . I informed Melissa on my boyfriends previous lawyer actions towards his case and she immediately caught read flags and errors in certain motions he put in. My boyfriend and I were stuck in a bind because of his previous lawyer not doing his job right and we needed an lawsuit ASAP. Once we hired her not only did she fix up the mess the previous lawyer had created she opened doors for possibility for us. I knew having her as a lawyer was the right choice for him. She gave her all during this case. She offered phenomenal advice regarding matters and motions which gave me us the opportunity to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Daniels Law handled my families adoption. They were great at communication, detail orientated and handled everything with excellence. We contacted Daniels Law firm to inquire about an adoption. Attorney Daniels was knowledgeable, spoke in a way that I could understand and did not make the matter more complicated than it needed to be, to the contrary she made me feel confident and at ease. We hired her law firm and began our adoption journey. Along the way I met Courtney, her paralegal. Courtney was there to answer every question that I had, at times I had many questions. LOL.. She was efficient, knowledgeable and very organized. I must say that these two ladies are a great team. They helped us and walked us through this process that I thought would be very long, tedious and stressful. Again I was so thankful that things turned out the way that they did. We were able to complete the two adoptions in 4 months time, beginning to end. Our stress level was very low and the process was smooth.
