He got all my charges dismissed within a month thank you Robert Malove and Lindsay Chase

In February 2023, we hired Robert Malove to appeal my partner's case after a shocking guilty verdict, on a case that had no physical evidence and so many things wrong throughout the case. So many bizarre things occurred, that resulted in her getting wrongfully convicted. Afterward, she felt desperate, and it was our decision to hire an attorney to appeal it, based on what was happening. Mr. Malove's team went right to work, and they reassured her they would do everything they could to help her. They put in several hours of their time and were always available if she had questions. In April of 2023, the judge sentenced the felony as withhold after she completes probation. Her worst fear, a felony adjudication, was off the table. Her original attorney agreed that they would take the appeal instead. They felt bad about losing and want to make it right. The case was not handled properly by the original attorneys, but we are hopeful they can win in an appeal. As such, we no longer required Mr. Robert Malove's assistance. They were nothing but happy for my partner and graciously refunded almost 85% of her retainer, unheard of. I highly recommend Robert Malove for any and all of your legal needs. The staff is amazing, something we don't usually get, especially during these times.

Terrible from day one! No communication and no fight in court. Highly disappointed

When I contacted Mr. Siddall my wife was facing a first degree felony, and up to ten years in prison, her cash bail was set at $50,000 dollars. He immediately got the felony dropped to a first degree felony, with a $5000 dollar bail. Through the whole process, he assured us not to worry. Being a man of his word, my wife wound up with three years probation, no jail time. It was a scary time for us, but Mr. Siddall was always confident, and a true professional.

I hired Robert Siddall for a no contact case. I didn't want to have a bad record for something I didn't do. Robert was good at listening to my story and developing a good defense strategy. When it came time to go to court he asked the right questions and made the right statements and I was successful. I'm glad I didn't try to go fight the case alone. Thanks to Robert I no longer have to deal with that problem. I would definitely use him again as a lawyer if I had a need, or recommend him to others.

I came to Mr. Siddall after I was arrested for drug possession. I had a prescription for them but the police didn't care. They took all my pills and charged me. I was so scared I was going to go to jail. Mr. Siddall did an excellent job working with the prosecutor and getting everything dropped. Even after that he made sure I got all my pain pills back. I can't give a high enough recommendation for all he did for me. Anyone would definitely be in good hands with Mr. Siddall in their corner.
