Theresa Daniels is the most knowledgeable attorney I have ever spoke with. I came to her during a tough time in my life and with hard questions. She is confident, knowledgeable and genuinely cares. She was up to date on the most current laws and was able to guide me while having empathy and understanding with what I was going through. I cannot say enough about her. Finding her was a gift. She is a great person to have in your corner. I strongly recommend her!

I hired Mrs. Daniels for my uncontested divorce. She was very helpful in getting me the best outcome I could expect. She clearly explained everything and helped me understand the process. I will hire her for any other legal matters needed.

Theresa Daniel's was a God send for me and my family. She is experienced and knowledgeable in family law as well as honest and fair. I had the misfortune of using inexperienced attorneys before finding Theresa that only set my case back and ripped me off. Mine was not the easiest case as the opposing side was using every trick and manipulation they could think up. When I met and hired her to represent me to get SS she seemed great, next thing I know everything goes through her daughter Caitlin, she returns my calls and does all paperwork involved . Then nothing for months so finally I contacted Teresa Daniel's to see what's going on and was told her daughter didn't file my apeal. I met with Mrs. Daniel's to sign some forms then months go by and I don't hear nothing so after a few phone calls out of the blue she answered. Said she gave my name to another lawyer that she no longer does SS cases. She could have wrote me a letter or called me. This was a year and a half later. I was so upset, and the lawyer that she said had my bad, has yet to return any of my voicemail messages so now I'm representing myself. She had better not try to get one cent when I win my case!

Hired Ms.Daniels in the SS disability SSI case during the critical situation in my lufe.She promised to help.As soon as I signed the payment agreement Ms.Daniels didnt return my calls ir emails for more then 2 weeks.Meanwile my case is in review its a crucial time for me I am severe disabled person Only after I called her office and left a message telling her tjat thats not what I expect from my lawyer she called in 2 days and said she was sorry.I let it go first time and told her that its crusial for me to know the status of my case she said shevwill call SS.Then she sent me a short message that she couldnt reavh anybody.After 5 days long holiday I tried to call her offoce 15 times all the phones wete disconnected. I wad panicing wrote an emal asking why tje office phones are not working and she is supposed to let het clients know she tespinded to me that O am hostile and she alredy withdtew her from my reptesentation and mailed the letter of dismissal to the SS not warning me that I n eed to llok for a new lawyer.I called I wrote an email begging her not to do that.Ms Daniels doesnt care .How can she represent peoe with disabilities if she diesnt have any compasiion or professionalism to hold her reputation.She only cares abour moner $6.000 that she could be awarded by SS.She violated conditions of a lawyer client representation ny ignoring my calls and emails, she lied about what she informed me.She is not trustworthy and should be fined and disbarred by the Florida Lae assodiation.Florida does not need the lawyer who breakes the agreements and violates the law as she pleases.

I started out trying to file for disability on my own. I was denied twice, despite having multiple major medical conditions. I hired Theresa to take my case to hearing level, and I am very happy that I did. Not only was the Daniels Law team very professional, but they made me feel like a person, not just another client. They were instrumental in getting my disability case approved. Theresa and her staff were very thorough. They explained the appeal/hearing process to me so that I understood the time line, the process, and what to expect. They sent me letters to let me know they were monitoring my case. Theresa's office contacted me prior to my hearing multiple times to make sure they had all of my most recent medical records. Theresa herself met with me again prior to my hearing to go over what would happen during the hearing, and this made me feel more comfortable, and less anxious about the upcoming hearing. She is a highly skilled attorney and did a terrific job during the hearing. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking representation for a disability case.

Theresa is the best, most fair attorney I have ever met. She is honest, trust worthy, and has went to bat for my kids and I throughout the whole process. In a system that is tough to navigate and will let you down, Ms. Daniels will stay by your side. My loves and I are so blessed to have her on our side. Although I have not needed Theresa for legal advice, I would just like to be put on record in saying that I have know her for 30+ years and she has a sterling reputation in being a true friend. A more trustworthy one I have not found.
