I contacted Mr. Belcher's office to get help with a probate case, where my brother died without a will, and with no spouse or children. It took a couple of weeks to set up the initial consult, which was scheduled for a month off from the date I finally spoke with his scheduler. That call was supposed to be for 10 am today (Oct. 8). At 9:10 the scheduler called me to cancel, because Mr. Belcher was "just too busy." Go elsewhere.

I hired Gus Belcher to handle a complicated construction litigation matter. I have used other lawyers and I know the difference between a good lawyer and an excellent one. Mr. Belcher is an excellent lawyer. Mr. Belcher knows the law, carefully strategizes and plans how to achieve results and can put you at ease no matter how stressful or difficult the situation. He really helped me and he accomplished exactly what we needed to do.
