Both lawyers are very professional and responsive/available whenever you need them. DUI got dropped down to a reckless driving charge, no probation or anything. I highly recommend this firm. The secretaries are always there and will make sure you get a call back in a timely manner.

Parks & Braxton Law Firm was Magnificent in handling my case. Leo was very professional and thorough in the steps I needed to take to be issued BPO (business purpose only) and fee assessments. I had received a DUI with a refusal to blow. Mike and his firm got that dropped to a reckless and the refusal dropped. His staff is amazing! Alexandra handled my dad's estate when he died unexpectedly. Even though I live in Boston, she was always available with anything I needed, even connecting me with other local attorneys who helped me with personal injury claims. She is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Her billing statements are fair and detailed. Mike Braxton and his office were very professional in handling my case and got me a favorable outcome getting my DUI dropped to reckless driving w/ withheld adjudication, I also didn't have to show up in court at all which helped a lot since I live out of town. This review is in regards to the experience my mother had with this firm a year ago. She began the process of being divorced from her ex husband and we chose this law firm. Immediately after my mother's second visit Alexandra promptly dropped my mother as a client. I called Alexandra (in distress) and inquired as to why she would do this. She explained to me that my mother had brought an opinionated neighbor with her to her second meeting and this neighbor said things in their meeting that greatly upset Alexandra. So that was her justification for sending my mother a letter in the mail saying she was being dropped as a client. Alexandra explained to me that she had taken offense to what this neighbor said which was understandable. However I think that maybe this attorney could have taken the time to actually talk with my mother and share her thoughts about bringing this neighbor before abandoning my mother. Thankfully we found a much more kind attorney much closer to us in Naples that helped my mother greatly. So ironically enough it worked out.
