Mike Chonopolous and Iris Padron are amazing at what they do. I used them a couple times with favorable outcomes. They are definitely my go to attorneys.

It's never absolute.

Extremely rude, demeaning, and egotistical. I was absolutely appalled by his behavior. Had one conversation with him and that was enough for me.

First of all, this attorney was removed from his position as a district judge after being voted out for inappropriate conduct in Oklahoma. Apparently he has some serious issues with women. After my meeting with him, I can personally attest to it. After speaking with him on the phone, explaining the desperation of our situation with regard to a child in danger, we made an appointment to see him. We were welcomed into his office where we sat and watched him perform dog tricks with his dog for about 5 to 10 minutes. The dog was awesome, but it was very awkward. Here we are on a very urgent matter, and he is making his dog perform for us. Weird. Only after trying to speak with him did I realize he wanted me to act like the dog. Silent and obedient, while he spoke about his vast knowledge of the law. I also noticed that he was only interested in speaking to my husband and seemed to brush me off. We had briefly shared some of the details when he interrupted us and began telling us what we needed to do about this particular issue... explaining to us things we already knew and telling us things to do that we had already done, so I tried to tell him this when he became deeply, gravely, and abhorrently offended that I interrupted his speech. Instead of listening to our concerns and what information we already had gathered that could help us cut to the chase, he only wanted to hear himself speak. And he did NOT want me speaking. Clearly. After apologizing and telling him that I wasn't trying to be offensive but needed to tell him he rudely barked "STOP TALKING LADY YOU ARE INTERRUPTING ME AND I WON'T BE MISTREATED LIKE THIS!" Basically, he became enraged and said I was insulting and mistreating him and that he knew more than I did and he didn't need our money and that I was treating him poorly by interrupting him. Um... okay? You had ample time to do tricks with your dog while we sat and watched silently for what seemed like an eternity, but allowing me 5 minutes to speak is insulting to you? Wow. Completely unprofessional. And entirely unexpected. It was as if a switch went off in him and he just snapped. It was the most disgusting display of ego and misogyny I have observed in a very long time. If you want a compassionate, professional, understanding attorney that will listen to you and find what you have to say important and relevant, then this isn't your guy. If you want an attorney who won't lose his cool within the first five minutes of meeting you, this is not your guy. If you want a guy that cares more about your issues than showing off his vast mastery of his dog, then this isn't the guy for you.

Had a horrible experience with this practice. Asked for divorce legal counsel with a focus on military and federal civilian retirement and was told how expert they were...received advice from someone who admitted he did not know those systems then charged me $700 for retyping a settlement that I wrote...then lost a complaint with the FL Bar....nice to know how the system works!

Best lawyers, fair billing, instant action, and results.

Sadly, money was more important than proper effort to keep children from an abusive situation.

He was a total waste of money, we paid a high fee for a veteran lawyer and got a student fresh out of college. He never came to a single court date like he was supposed to . Hiring him was a huge mistake never ending money pit. All they did is send a few emails one month and put a folder together which i already did myself. I was charged $1000 just that month alone. Hes a liar, and a crook
