Excellent and professional.

They jumped on my case when they saw Uber and another company was involved. Brian Morrison sent me to a Physical Therapy office that had the absolute worst service. He told me they would send a driver for me. 85% of the time they never did. They kept scheduling appointments, physical therapy and MRI's. Then after about 4 weeks he dropped my case because one of the drivers had not been identified by FMPD and told me I was now responsible for all the medical bills that this therapy office he sent me to would charge. Brian Morrison told me that maybe I could negotiate the medical bills. They may not "come after you", he said. After 4 weeks of them taking my case I ended up with more debt and anxiety than prior to reaching out to them. Absolutely horrible and heartbreaking experience.
