Hired them after Ian destroyed my sisters home. Tried for 2 months to work with insurance, but to no avail. Hired Farah to intercede. Lots of promises, but no action for several months. Called for the last time, received the run around, but no action. Another month went by, called them. No further action. Fired them. I gag when I see their ads on tv.
