I completed what seemed like a call center questionnaire and was denied representation. Not sure why. Pretty sure I never spoke to an attorney. I will said that they aggressively followed up on my initial contact but likely denied representation based on the small direct damage amount (ignoring the massive class action potential).

Emily was very nice. When emailing filling out the website, I was unaware I would receive a call center type call. Emily was very nice but not as knowledgeable as I would have hoped as the contact person for a potential personal injury case. She had to put me on hold several times to ask questions. Sending photos was a challenge. I was told to text, then email. Neither system worked well. I am not sure if you received all my photos. The docusign sent to me was not explained. I asked for a revision to 40% fee and for someone to call me. It seems very impersonal for a personal injury suit. I understand you are a very large firm however the sensitivity of these matters would seem to warrant greater personal attention.

I have not heard from from you since I received the introduction email from one of the lawyers
