I’ve been in accidents before and have worked with lawyers in the past, so I understand how challenging these processes can be. My current team includes Monica as my lawyer and Samantha as my case manager. While they’ve been polite and courteous, getting clear answers has been incredibly difficult. There’s been a lack of consistent communication, and my settlement funds have been sitting in their trust account for quite some time without a clear explanation as to why. It’s frustrating and disheartening to feel like I’m left in the dark, especially after enduring the stress and pain of an injury. Empathy and communication are essential in this line of work. Injured clients like me rely on their legal team for guidance, clarity, and understanding. Unfortunately, I haven’t felt that here. Even though Morgan & Morgan has already been paid, my funds remain held up, and I can’t help but feel overlooked. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend their services. A little compassion and transparency would have gone a long way.

I love how organized and professional the firm is. I would prefer document procedures via standard mail paper documents rather than electronic pdfs and docusign procedures. It is often problematic and frustrating to complete documentation procedures electronically. Please use standard paper docs and forms. Thank you for caring ....
