Good service provides rapid assistance

Do Not Use This Firm! They are the biggest, but not the best. Very poor customer service. I received unpaid medical bills after the case was closed and was told that Morgan & Morgan would not cover any further invoices; so now I am paying...so much for their for their promises in their advertising. Gave 1 star because Google makes you.

I have a simple case[I'm no lawyer] but someone ran a red light hit us etc. I'm getting no updates,no communication.and found out on the last contact [over 30 days] that my team had been changed.I called and was promised I would be kept in the loop but that hasn't been the case.Months ago I was told I might be dropped because I hadn't done certain things. Never having been involved with the intricacies of a lawsuit I was counting on the professionalism of a LARGE firm,but, I haven't been seeing the type of ardent,competent, performance I had hoped for.Perhaps it's my case,perhaps it's my office but so far I haven't felt impressed

You're better off fighting yourself for your injury than hiring this law firm. They are good at making their commercials but that's about it. Had 3 attorneys through out my case, each one quit on them and at the end they will take 40 % from your settlement. Stay away!!!

Still waiting for my case to be settle Only 5 years Will never recommend them On face book several people gave opinions that was worse.
