You guys have a process that takes into consideration very few things and obviously only seeks to help people that you deem easy representation. It would've been better to talk to a real lawyer (maybe even legal assistant or law clerk). I gave the person 2-3 different things that could've used representation but somehow none of them was worthy of your assistance.
