After completely an online survey, three people called. Three people attempted to connect me to a third party. Three times I was disconnected. Three times I had to call back. Underwent evaluation then was transferred. Again. Underwent a second evaluation. Very disorganized, poor tech (clearly). Does NOT inspire confidence. Would NEVER refer.

Was told we wouldnt get any help because of a dang computer saying no. A computer isnt a person, a computer has no compassion, stop relying on computers and use actual people. My dog is dead due to someone else's negligence but apparently this isn't good enough for Morgan and Morgan to take my case.

Had to constantly repeat myself. Overall, Daniel was nice and he was ok! I have a very serious case and didn't feel that Daniel understood the importance and impact my lawsuit has. I do feel confident with Morgan and Morgan will help me get the justice and compensation I deserve. Thx again, best regards Darin Eck.
