Morgan Morgan at the beginning of my slip and fall at a local grocery, took my case in a matter of minutes. They proceeded to send me to all their doctors, their physical therapists, and chiropractor. I never received any explanation of what happened with my back and my brain and my fractured hand during the fall. Physical therapy was outstanding and I will give them a separate review. With Morgan & Morgan I never did speak to a real attorney. In over a year I had 5 people that called me every couple months call and ask me the same exact questions as my health was deteriorating. I went outside of Morgan and Morgan's team of physicians. I have private health insurance so I had a group of physicians look at my scans sent me for additional workups a took a bunch images. I I suffered and still suffer from chronic issues not just the acute that Morgan & Morgan makes their money off of I guess. I was randomly sent an email after almost a year trusting and waiting for a reply only to get a letter stating we can no longer be your attorney. Um excuse me? No explanation no reason why and no callbacks ever since. The first demand letter was going out the first week in January 2024. Trusted that it did and was waiting on a copy to my email. Never came from either Representative. Never could I get a name of the attorney assigned to my case. Always an excuse. Then another Representative calls asks me the most silly questions clearly showing she knew nothing of my case. Worse then any 16 year old telemarketing to sell windows. We all have been blindsided by Morgan and Morgan. They put staff out there to be humiliated and left in the dust. Not only am I left with all these doctor bills I'm left with a life long list of pain neuropathy and confusion. I can't even believe this is what Morgan and Morgan stand for. They tossed me to the curb and they didn't even ever hear what happened. My family took pictures of the location to help as wel. No one did anything. let's mention my fall was all caught on tape and seen first hand by owners that never came to help me. Should have been a cut and dry process.. I grew up here and should have known better. Hopefully this novel will help others. If you get a paper cut they may be able to help you.

Do NOT call Morgan & Morgan! I was in an accident at the beginning of November in which I was sitting in the right hand lane at a red light. Out of nowhere, a car plowed into my driver’s side totaling my car and injuring me. A pickup owned by a cement company caused the accident. I have injuries that prevent me from walking. I made the mistake of calling Morgan & Morgan. I never even saw a lawyer and was assigned a paralegal whose sole goal was to settle this as quickly as possible. I was offered $10,000 which does not come close to paying my bills. I refuse to sign the settlement until they actually do something.
