Can you give NEGATIVE stars? They are the worst to represent a disabled individual. They were making me do their job for them (even two separate SSA Office representatives told me that is what the lawyer does not you). And then have the nerve to charge me thousands of dollars. I was approved for my disability benefits and two days later Morgan & Morgan sent me a huge packet to be filled out by several different types of specialists. When I called them confused they didn't even know I had been approved. They said they didn't know who my doctors were and I NEEDED to go around to doctors and have the paperwork completed so Morgan &Morgan could represent me. I am disable and cannot walk nor stand, but I NEEDED to have this completed if I wanted and benefits per Morgan & Morgan. PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE......DO NOT TRUST MORGAN & MORGAN!!!!!

don't ever ask for misplaced paperwork about settlement as Morgan and Morgan will not get back to you!!! Once they get their money they are done with family and you. Please don't let the commericals fool you!!!!!!

This is one of the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. How can you advertise being so big and great and not give someone a simple call back regarding a case from years ago. I’ve called the office multiple times but was o my hung up on by the receptionist girl and being put on hold forever.I haven’t herd from anyone since 2019 regarding my case.

Beware**This was the worst experiance. Over a year after the settlement was received from insurance to receive all funds as the assistant, attorney, and even previous complaints to client services does nothing. My mother did all the work having to call insurance carriers and subragation departments all who have stated they never received responses from morgan and morgan assistant when requesting the documentation they needed thankfully i was added to email request to confirm on record. Months previously to getting this resolved when asking the assistant verbally after numerous unanswerd emails and calls to client services the assistant answered a call we requested her to forward a record of the work and followups on the case she stated she doesnt keep records of everything. For working for a lawyer of all things not to keep record of any contact and work on every claim is the most unreal thing i have ever heard. They make you feel as if they are prosecuting you instead of being for your defense. Requested numerous times to stop representation and was ignored. Once the insurance settlements paid out to the lawyer you are no longer a priority and they are ready to send the remaining funds to unverified medical bills that no longer existed if they had completed followups as stated they would know paymenrs were made and medical Liens were no longer valid. This is from weeks and months of the attor ey not completing followups and request sufficiently. Working with this team was traumatic in its own while recovering from injuries no one should have to experiance this type of representation!! I and my mother never received a review request from morgan and morgan after the cases closed as i can only assume this is how they keep their high ratings weeding out sending them to anyone they know they failed. It is not all about money it's about the care and respect and they give none. My mother and I made all the calls and had to fight for the assistant and attorney to do anything. This was by far the most traumatic part of my accident in working with morgan and morgan, but rest assured that kept every part of their agreed settlement for my and my mother's case as that is their obvious main concern. This was a painful experiance when going through other loses at the same time during the first year of covid and working with such heartless representation.
