Couldn't help. Beyond disappointed. Nice people though

Although the company promotes "For the People" with heartfelt stories of caring, empathy and compassion, the actual time, care, empathy and compassion is lacking at the highest level; along with their follow up and communication, is very inconsistent, and unorganized at best. Minimal verbal or written communication responses for weeks and months.

This is the third time I have reached out to Morgan Morgan about my father on three different occasions, three different facilities over the last six years and always with the same response. It’s not something you guys can take is it because he’s alive. I’m just confused you say for the people and this is obvious medical malpractice is it not enough money for this law firm You shouldn’t say for the people you should say for the money first time my father fell at a facility and broke his him and twice now for having seizures do to them not giving him his proper medications and it is always the same thing this case is not something we can take
