I had a great experience with the Parks and Braxton. They had reduced my charges and helped in every way possible from the start answering any questions, helping me understand what I can do and what they can do to aid me through the entire process. Without the help and guidance they offered I would have no clue where to begin and end. Thank you guys for everything! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!!!

I received a favorable decision from the judge during my hearing. My attorney was a very nice young man, personable and was informative. The office staff/managers and customer service answering the phones are not courteous or polite. No please or thank you from these ladies! Questions get short answers and they truly come across as if the client is a bother to them and have an inappropriate attitude in their demeanor. My settlement and settlements like mine pay their salary. It’s obviously a training issue. Employees in that capacity dealing with severely ill or disabled people need to conduct themselves in a more respectful and compassionate manner.
