Would give 0 stars if I could. Emailed my representative over a month ago and still have had no response back. Lack of communication is unreal. They applied for my disability 2 and half years ago. Supposedly they have filed an appeal but I have heard nothing about it months later. I previously wrote a bad review and all of a sudden someone contacted me and wanted me to change my review so I did because they promised this wouldn't happen again but yet it has. If you can choose a different law firm than you definitely should

Told me they’d accept my case. Waited till 6 months later to say they couldn’t proceed while I thought they were working on my case. Wasted my time and other lawyers wouldn’t pick up my case after because too much time passed. If you don’t want to get screwed over don’t call here.

So many commercials about how big they are and their customer service is useless. Then after we decided not to them, they waste money to send a stupid letter saying, "We've decided not to take your case", one week after being fired. These folks are not humble at all!
