Did not find the firm of Morgan & Morgan helpful. On 5/28/2024, my brother signed a form to let this firm represent him. The lawyer James Moon was to represent him, he never returned my calls. This firm is very slow in keeping you up to date as to the status of a case. 2 1/2 months later my brother has passed away and still no answers. CASE SETTLED: —MORGAN AND MORGAN KEPT MY ENTIRE $42,000 SETTLEMENT!! —I HAD TO PAY MY OWN MEDICAL BILLS! Don’t for one minute believe their ads. My case was settled over 4 years ago Morgan and Morgan received the check for my settlement in the amount of $42,000 over four years ago. I CONTACTED THE Morgan and Morgan help line and never received an answer. To date, Morgan and Morgan has not paid me even 1 cent of the money owed to me. I have called and called, visited their office, written to everyone involved in the case asking for help including the judge and Bar association. Last summer they sent me a settlement form to sign -insisted I sign it, taking out over 50% and in addition the settlement amount on the form was several thousand dollars less than the actual settlement and didn’t reflect any of the medical bills I had to pay off in the meantime. I scanned and emailed all the documents I had proving I had paid my own medical bill as they were going to hold back that money. The day after I told them that I was aware that the law says they are to pay interest on the full amount of my funds they held in escrow for 4 years, the attorney assigned to my case told me that they have no copy of a settlement agreement with the settlement dollar amount in. I a year they have not found it. since then. I contacted a mediator and the people at Morgan and Morgan that I was working with. Now, my emails keep being returned to me. I sent a registered letter and they never signed it and it came back to me also. How do I get my settlement from them? What can I do? That’s quite a bit of money! I was the injured party, I was granted the compensation, I continue to have the issues from a broken back and torn shoulder and all the while Morgan and Morgan continues to make more money at my expense. What can I do? Don’t use this firm as they engage in unethical practices. Do your research-now there are many complaints online just like this! As a person with over 30,000 views on my reviews- please take what I have said seriously and read and renegotiate the contract they will give you to sign - don’t sign in the spot. You should get a copy and find out what the timeline is for you to vacate the agreement-before you sign it. PLEASE LET’S STOP THE MORGAN AND MORGAN MISTREATMENT OF THEIR CLIENTS !! When my husband died because of a medicine error by a doctor, and a hospital staff, I contacted M & M. I had all my husband's records that proved what I said. I never even got so much as a call back by them. I called several times after that and never even got to talk to anyone about my situation or their lack of interest. So don't try to tell me what a caring group of attorneys M & M are. You would never convince me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!! There was no communication from Paula or Aaron throughout the process unless I called. Funds were received close to 2 years ago and they just now wanted to settle outstanding liens so I could receive my remaining held funds. THIS ONLY HAPPENED BECAUSE I HAD TO KEEP CALLING AND EMAILING YEARS LATER. As soon as they get their 33% they basically write you off. They take your money right away and then leave you high and dry. To top it off, I just received my remaining withheld funds, and they took out $61 for communications for phone calls and emails. Seriously??? You were already paid your 33%. It is NOT my fault people like Paula do not complete their job. Why should this be at my expense.

I won’t be considering Morgan & Morgan for my case, nor will I recommend Morgan & Morgan for anyone who has a case. First I called expressed to them my situation as I was leaving Aventura Hospital in Aventura, Florida. My girlfriend and I were brutally attacked at blue wave Apartments in North Miami Beach, Florida on July 4 a situation which was caused by the incompetent property manager Which told a downstairs tenant that my vehicle was an illegal vehicle and could not park there since August 2023. I proved her to be wrong about my vehicle, but because of that and more the unruly tenants ended up becoming physical at me and my girlfriend which led me to call Morgan & Morgan. After telling my story to several case workers and sending pictures including videos, it got frustrating to me that Andre Foulkes another case worker did not have any of it and that’s when I snapped and asked for a release letter. Hoping I’m speaking clearly or understandably due to my incident. I haven’t been well, Morgan & Morgan has to give me a release letter so I can get, a real representation so that my case can be resolved. Case Number: 16141657 Date of Incident: 7/4/2024 This is a real case number with a real situation . Frankly, if Google had zero stars, that’s what I would give to Morgan & Morgan As a person that gives reviews heads up people, we should also look at others reviews 👍 before making decisions about Morgan & Morgan.

Very horrible service I tried to call for an urgent lawsuit that has caused me to be critically injured, and they just told me that they couldn't, and all they did was give me a free consultation as if it were going to help me feel better and said to just have a nice day I'm so ashamed of this company.
