After researching attorneys in the Fort Meyers area, I placed a call to Attorney Robert Foley at 6:30PM on a Tuesday night. He spent a good deal of time listening to my situation, he was able to pull up the case I was calling about, which made it possible to answer my questions to the best of his ability, he explained all options and possible outcomes. He let me know if I was interested in having him represent my daughter, he would be available to represent her on her court day which was 6 days away. I immediately felt he was honest, knowledgeable and fair with his projection of the outcome, the plan of action to accomplish it, and the cost of the representation. I hired him the same night. He was true to his word, he returned every text and call I sent him same day and quickly. He listened to all concerns and worries, had a good interaction before court with my daughter and prepared her for the appearance. He has a very reassuring way about him, but is also honest with what may or may not happen. I trusted him, my daughter thought he was wonderful, and he accomplished the job we hired him to do. I highly recommend this law firm. I was accused of different felonies on two occasions and was served with a restraining order. Attorney Desiree Wilson represented me. The strategy that attorney Robert Foley recommended was not at all obvious and yet proved remarkably effective. I could not be more satisfied with the result. At the courthouse, I was especially impressed by the good will and esteem shown to attorney Wilson by clerks, bailiffs, and other minions of the court, to say nothing of a few other attorneys who were present. Cannot speak for the judge, but everyone else seemed to know and respect her. I can vouch for her professionalism and competence. It was not as costly as I expected it to be, either.
