I was very pleased with the service provided by Foley and Wilson Law Firm. They explained all my options perfectly and represented me in court with high standards.

I was arrested in Lee County and facing life in prison for a crime I did not commit! My life was instantly shattered and in a few short hours, everything that I have ever worked for was taken from me! I hired a large law firm in Ft. Myers to represent me only to have them write me off as a plea bargain. After several months of terrible representation, I then sought new counsel. Living across the country, I zoomed multiple firms in the southwest Florida area. All of which but one gave me the same run around story. They quickly exposed and impeached several of the prosecutions key witnesses and displayed all the inconsistencies and the terrible investigation that took place. After living in literal hell for 733 days and 12 minutes of deliberating, the jury set me free and claimed my innocence!!! I chose to put my entire life into Bob’s and Desiree’s hands. Today, as a result, I am a free man!!! I promise all of you, there is NO OTHER law firm in the state of Florida that possess their background, knowledge, talent and methodical ways of executing plans. They are my “Dream Team”. Robert & Desiree literally saved my son’s life. He was looking at a Punishable By Life Sentence. My Son didn’t commit any crime and looked away from any Plea Deal that Lee County offered and choose to take the High Road by going to Trial Court with a Jury of his Peers. 100 stars is more accurate …Our innocent son was charged with a crime punishable by a life sentence. After diligently doing research we chose Robert Foley to take on this nightmare we encountered.
