I responded to a class action suit that came across my computer. This will be a long process as I just completed some paper working outlining terms and conditions. This included but not limited to council, council payment, 3rd party council, and 3rd party council payment. It also outlined the defendent and expectations they have of me in responding timely and being cooperative in availability and responding timely. Very smooth and transparent thus far.

Nice voice on the call friendly easy to talk to with all the hardship going on now with all the work involved in how hard it is to do anything struggling with dressing, fixing food, need a driver to take me anywhere can't do anything for myself. It feels good to have a friendly voice.

Updated review - I would never recommend this firm to anyone. My experience start to finish was an awful experience. I am now with a local law firm who took over my case and I am very happy i switched firms!!!! Morgan and Morgan has proved to me they are not for the people just the bigger cases that bring the most money. The investigation process was not thorough and very lazy, no time taken at all. Look into other options before going with this scam just because they have a nice slogan and a decent commercial!
