They would not take my case, I think they didn't get enough information to make such a decision, I would not recommend them since they made a hastily decision.

he should have reviewed my case details before calling me. He kept putting me on hold for lengthy periods of time, asked me completely stupid and irrelevant questions. He also had a heavy accent, as well as the other 2 people that called me,.....probably in foreign countries, cause their English was barely understandable.
