HI im hector chans lopez jr. My experience with your firm has been horrible. I think you should have a department for complaints ive tried before writing this review to address this matter but your company keeps telling me to get a hold of the case worker which its impossible to get a hold of. please a firm that actually will be responsible with handling your case not just say we cant do nothing for you call your case worker.

I am devastated that you won't represent me. I thought you handled Silica dust exposure. It's hard to stay strong when you can't find someone who cares. I do appreciate your help and speaking with me everyone was very nice.

Did initial consultation this week. Process was smooth, professional, courteous and highly gratifying. Intake method and personnel are upstanding and informative. I was left feeling encouraged with my case consideration and my odds for success. Update: Ever since the assigned counselors struggled to find the sure means to collect, my case has been declined and my communications halted. Their "For The People" thing only works when the means to collect is easily in view. In my case, while the amount to potentially collect is staggering, the effort needs to be made for ample disclosure. Each time I see the TV commercial, I'm saddened by how the dynamics went cold for me. I wish the kind of empathy John shows for the "nobody is a nobody" anthem as illustrated on TV was applicable to all. 2nd Update: I phoned the number below to the "Melissa" person who responded from the company. No one knows who Melissa is and no one would speak about "what issues I'm facing" whatsoever. They just have staff post those responses here for perceptual aesthetics.

They're advertisement states quote we are everywhere for everyone" Truth is we don't believe injuries are small and under malpractice CRPS attorneys have track record of recovering full extent of damages. They will fight tirelessly to help you overcome these hardships. When I stated my age, almost 80 I was told I did not meet their standards and they could not take my case. They refuse to give me their criteria or protocol used when judged if they would take a case. They said they did not have to do so since it was a free counsel. I contend this is false advertising and misleading to the public but they refuse to give me the number of their media department where I could file a formal complaint of such. This would indicate to me that they only take winnable large financial reimbursement cases. Since they would not allow me to pursue weather my perception was accurate. I would have to believe that it is so. I warn other people that their advertisement appears to be false and beware as it also appears they are not there for the little guy and indeed will not fight tirelessly for you. In fact, in my case they would not fight it all.
