Very good professionals.

I just honestly don't understand how Mr Morgan has commercials stating he is for the LITTLE PEOPLE when in fact he is not. Very disappointed. Seems unless you have a slam dunk case, one where they don't have to do much work, they are NOT available for help.

A severe lack of communication with case manager, says one thing then something else entirely happens. Absolutely no communication with my actual attorney, once the company receives their money they basically cut you off. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Called them to help me with my former employer they are very quick to call you back when you fill out an online report and quick to say no we can't help you when they don't have all of the information and evidence you have.

We recently used them. Now we can’t get them to call back about our claim. We challenged them on the money we were getting back anyway and now they just get part of the money we were getting anyway from our insurance anyway. Now we actually get less. We didn’t want just a payout they, they couldn’t believe this. My wife needs back surgery and because of their fee it’s not possible. The attorney I feel scammed us to get a quick check for them. We’ve called Morgan and Morgan for weeks about this. Even the case workers boss but no one will call back. This goes against what we saw on tv about them wanting to help people like us. Check yourself first before you decide to give them a percentage of what you would have gotten anyway. They got us on this one now we have to live with it.

Tried them on a severe injury in a trip and fall. Said no to my case with out knowing the details. Another large firm has taken the case. Would not recommend The Great Morgan and Morgan. Good luck if you try and use them.

Find a different firm. They don't care. Over 3 years to settle case with little to no activity unless I inquired. At the final month of the case, our attorney left and we were shuffled to someone who was not even located in our area. Poor communication. Poor representation. Definitely NOT FOR THE PEOPLE!
