Mark worked with a small group of HOA homeowners to get clarity on HOA financial matters. He was upfront and very responsive about what we should expect. The group of homeowners was on a limited budget and did not want to get in a legal battle with our board....so while we got some of the information we wanted, our board (and the managment company we worked with) put up roadblocks every which way. If we pursue additional action, we will continue to work with Mark since we believe he understood our goals and limitations. A professional!
