EDIT: The lawyer did refund my whole amount back to me and told me to remove my review. I gave an extra star back because he did refund my money. I will not remove my review because everything I said here it true. I DID NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT THE ITEMS I SENT FOR REVIEW UNTIL AFTER I WANTED A REFUND and even then just spoke to the lady who cancelled the appointment and told her my situation and if they were rescheduling me then I didn’t need their services anymore as I needed to make a move that afternoon. When I sent the email in the beginning with my information and asking for advice I was emailed back with how pricing went and I immediately paid what they were asking to even get on the schedule. Most lawyers do not take a consultation fee and if they do it goes towards their consultation. Again, spoke to no one about anything I needed until a requested a refund. Then the lawyer going to call and leave a message after he had someone call to reschedule about how he reviewed everything. I needed you that afternoon. I didn’t need your services anymore after you called to reschedule. Wasn’t very happy with initial meeting. Oh wait.. that didn’t happen because they called to reschedule and being they were rescheduling I didn’t need their services anymore as I needed advice by a certain date. They charged a consultant fee (which I paid a head of time) but wanted to reschedule. Who wants to use a lawyer who reschedules your first meeting anyways? Never once did I talk to the lawyer the four times I was in contact with the office, emailed them, they emailed me back about their fees, spoke with someone to pay the consultant fee and then spoke with Justine so she can reschedule me. After I spoke with Justine told her I didn’t need the services anymore if they were rescheduling, she seemed annoyed with me after that and not even 30 mins later the lawyer called and left me a voicemail and now they don’t want to give me a full refund and wants to keep half of the fee for leaving the voicemail and reading my email.

My condo on Sanibel Island was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian. It became apparent that it would be difficult to deal with the insurance claim. I was referred to the Law Office of Jursinski & Murphy. Mark Wagner was the attorney that handled my claim. Mark worked directly with the insurance company, and we settled the claim very much to my satisfaction. I understand there are other owners in my complex not so lucky. I would highly recommend the firm.

Kevin Jursinski was our attorney, and he and his team were quick to respond to our questions, comments, and concerns and showed genuine care for our outcome. Absolutely worst law firm that I have ever dealt with. Non-responsive to needs. Anyone needing an attorney that’s going to be responsive and care about the client needs to look elsewhere. I have dealt with a lot of attorneys and this one is by far the worst firm. Sent an email asking them to return my retainer and they haven’t responded.

These guys take care of business.. if you want to win your case, I would highly recommend hiring this firm. They know the book like the back of their hand. They get it done and they know what they’re talking about! Staff is very friendly and helpful
