My experience with the Law Office of Jursinski & Murphy was excellent and very positive. Ryan Murphy, his paralegal Debbie Thomas and receptionist were very professional, polite and courteous. They put me at ease from the beginning, during the initial consultation. Also, they were always available to answer my questions, kept me informed and treated me with respect throughout the whole process. As my case had to do with "Breach of Contract", where I was caught in the middle between my insurance company and a local roofing company after Hurricane Ian -- I sought legal counsel. Ryan Murphy, being very knowledgeable in Construction Law, as well as Real Estate, clearly explained my legal options. Ryan is absolutely the best when it comes to opening and closing arguments. He is thorough, prepared and precise. You definitely want him on YOUR side in the courtroom.

Ryan knows Florida law and procedure, but he has a little to learn about settling a case. I did not have a major lawsuit so I was fortunate to even get Ryan to take the case. Not as much contact as I expected, but he probably wanted to keep the fees in check. As time goes on, I believe Ryan will become a very competent lawyer.
