Scott and Lance where the best attorneys I've ever dealt with they are very professional return my calls anytime I had any questions for them treated me with the upmost respect and they are both very nice guys they won my case I highly recommend them to anybody in a bad situation they will make it better

I highly recommend Scott Moorey as a criminal defense attorney. I have worked with lots of attorneys over the last 15 years and been in a lot of trouble. He is top notch. He is extremely personable and genuinely cares about his clients. He is by far the best Defense Attorney in all Lee County, Fort Meyers, and surrounding counties. We hired him after interviewing about 20 attorneys, searching extensively and looking at reviews of Drug offense attorney, specializing in beating minimum mandatory, and trafficking cases. He was easy to communicate with, get a hold of, and went above and beyond to get us an excellent Deal after fighting a Trafficking/minimum mandatory case. The outcome was that we got one of the best deals you could ask for, and a split sentence. Thanks to Scott and his office, and hopefully we won't need them again, but if we do, or any family or friends need someone, they are the first to call!

The thought of having a game violation on my record had me scared to death. Hired Scott T. Moorey's firm in April. We worked mainly with Lance, but also spoke several times to Scott and the lady at the front desk. I was accused of a crime I did not commit. Scott believed in me from the start. He made sure I always knew my options but believed in me and my case. I had so much to lose including my ability to care for my wife and kids and losing a new promotion at work that I have given 30 years of my to. I was afraid but I did not want to admit to something I knew I did not do. Scott was confident and I trusted him from the beginning. He was completely in control in the courtroom and made sure I got the trial I deserved. We walked out of court after three days and ten long months with a Not Guilty verdict. Each of us has a fire in our hearts for something. For Scott Moorey that is the practice of criminal law. He went above and beyond to help me in the horrible predicament I was in due to my own faults. In January 2014, I was arrested for drugs, both a misdemeanor and a felony. Another attorney represented me for a lot of money and what I felt was just the minimum of assistance. He was hard to get a hold of and seemed to brush over my concerns of an illegal search. I was given community service and six months of probation. Then I did something really stupid. I was caught for burglary and grand theft, a total of five felonies plus misdemeanors. This time I researched different attorney’s and really liked what I heard and read about Mr. Moorey. When we met, I found Scott to be thorough, no-nonsense, a “cut-to-the-chase” kind of attorney who laid out every scenario for me. He was honest, extremely professional and very dedicated to obtain the best outcome in my case. He came across as being completely genuine and sincere in applying his skills to help my personal legal situation. I was very nervous but felt hopeful and reassured after meeting with Mr. Moorey. I was kept informed on the progress of the case throughout the process. The response time to our questions was prompt and the information given was very complete. In court, the results were better than I expected, especially no jail time. My expectations were surpassed. I am remorseful for what I did and have a lot of work ahead of me for a long time: community service, classes, fines, costs and a very long probation in addition to my job and schooling.
