Within the last year I became the executor of my father’s estate. As the estate was somewhat complicated, I enlisted Alan’s assistance in navigating the seemingly endless forms and procedures. Alan is a pleasure to deal with, very patient, very thorough and professional. He was easy to work with and answered all our questions in ways we could understand. Gave us advice when asked for and declined when not appropriate. Alan Celej went above & beyond for our family. Living in another state & selling our father’s home couldn’t have been easier with him as our agent. Alan had creative ideas during negotiations to ensure we got top dollar for the home; he watched over the home during hurricane Ian & as a lawyer himself he was able to work with the lawyers on our behalf. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
