I attended Barbara’s on-line presentation to learn why we needed to set up a trust. This was my second attempt at finding someone I felt was looking out for our best interest. Barbara presented information on why and how to set up a trust. She provided all information including cost which was important to me. Our meetings were very informative. Her staff is excellent and follow through exceptional!! I’m very happy with our decision to work with Barbara! I would highly recommend her to my friends and family!

ZERO ZERO ZERO! I was referred to Barbara by my neighbor, her employee and I have been paying her annual fees for many years now. A few weeks ago (sept 2022) I was refused at the door for a scheduled meeting; I wasn't wearing a mask. There was no discussion or advance communication advising of this policy. This event sent me searching for another attorney WOW what I learned. I strongly advise and urge you to do the same. Despite paying her annual charges for support, not a common practice I have now learned, I was refused electronic copies of my files. It's "their policy". I have no recourse other than spreading the word. ZERO ZERO ZERO ... LOOK AGAIN! She has been unfriendly and uncooperative in working with me. She runs a sales office selling her product like a Donald Trump Sales Hussle. She does not meet the standards of a professional business colleague that I can trust.

Barbara has been handling all my legal needs for at least six years. She is not only competent, she is charming and interested in my particular case as a widow. Attended her seminar and asked if she would work with an existing trust and estate plan . Her answer a flat NO. She only wants you to sign up from scratch with her plans . Maybe she should limit her practice to newborns, since they come with no financial medical or legal histories . Who we kidding here ? She’s all about the money ! Steer clear !

P.A. Pizzolato and her staff are highly competent, efficient, and organized. Pizzolato stays abreast of changes in the law and communicates these and their ramifications to her clients. Educating her client base re estate matters is clearly a high priority for her, and she does this well. A hockey salesman once told a friend of mine, who was looking for a deal on helmets: "Got a five dollar head? Get a five dollar helmet". P.A. Pizzolato may charge a few more pennies for her service, but I'm convinced I got a terrific deal.

We did our annual review today with the law firm. A few minor tweaks and updates were needed to our estate plan due changes during the past year. It is comforting knowing we are up to date and in compliance with current estate tax laws. Do not want our children to have estate settlement issues when that time comes and our experience with the Pizzolato firm is that they handle things in a very professional, knowledgeable and competent manner.
