It only took a few minutes after meeting Mr Dellutri to realize I was in the best of hands. He’s not only very knowledgeable and experienced in his field, but also compassionate. That means a lot to someone going thru such a difficult and embarrassing thing as filing bankruptcy. In fact, I found that same level of attitude and demeanor apparent in every team member working on my case. I'm in Bankruptcy due to the outcome of a 2015 foreclosure. Over the past 4+ years regarding this matter, I've been searching to this day for clarity on a couple issues which were laying heavily on my mind and for which I have never been able to obtain a satisfying answer to my concerns from my attorneys who have been and/or currently are on my "payroll". It should be a shame on those attorneys who, although were compensated, to turn around and not give me their full 100% because "it was outside the scope of the parameters of the representation we initially agreed upon".  Can you imagine losing ones home because your attorney refused to deviate slightly from their rigid form of representation? That slight deviation might have been the catalyst for a far more positive outcome today. At this time, I will not be hiring Dellutri Law simply because at this time my circumstances do not warrant it.  However, if my circumstances do change, or other unrelated issues arise which need representation, I now have Carmen Dellutri and his firm permanently locked on my list of important contacts.

Where can I begin, Carmen Dellutri you are such a kind hearted human being! And as I am writing this I am crying because I know it is still not over for me this is the beginning but you have given me such amazing advice and help literally I had spoken to an attorney the day prior to talking with Mr. Dellutri and he literally acted like he did not care at all about my case I have been sick to my stomach with my BP as high as 155/99 I have never had HBP and this attorney made it worst, Mr Dellutri took his time to listen to me and my concern in my matter and he educated me and not only that but he gave me great advice he made me feel at ease and I am so thankful and grateful to him.
