unfortunately i can not agree with the before mentioned opinions. i have received the worst service,emails are not reurned in weeks, phone calls are promised but never are made, unreliable,overbilling and i highly doubt that they have the professional experience

They reviewed the contract for the purchase of my home and clarified the issues I wasn't completely understanding. They advised me what steps I should take next and gave me complete peace of mind. Professional, friendly, extremely timely and affordable.

Scott Kuhn and his office help my siblings and myself through the process of probating my mother's estate. That process was clearly explained and they did all the "heavy lifting" for us. Probate was in Florida and I, as the personal representative, was located in New Jersey. After the initial meeting, I was able to conduct all the needed steps through email and phone calls. I was kept inform on the progress of the probate throughout the process, which helped with my peace of mind. Everyone in the office was very courteous and responsive. Questions were answered in a timely manner. The answers were complete and understandable. They helped me through a very helpful and stressful time.

Scott is an excellent attorney and takes care of his clients. He and his staff (Sara, Laura and Danielle and the others are all awesome) will treat you like family. This was a very difficult season in my life, and I was referred to Scott Kuhn's firm for help. What I experienced was professionalism with compassion. The people I had communication with were professional, warm, competent beyond my expectations, and helpful. I'm awed at the knowledge and competency that my documents were written. We started with Rob who I asked for total price, he told me $626 and to date it has been over thousands!! Beware run fast!! I asked for complete details of what to expect. He told us that the judge would review our case make a decision and that would be it! Untrue there was so much more to it we were getting guardianship of my disabled daughter. I wanted to be the guardian I was told that because I lived out of state that would make it much harder, we also explained there would be 3 of us caring for her and we all needed to be responsible. we were told just one could be on the paperwork. I have called the office on several occasions and set phone appointments with Scott who never called me. I have asked for copies of all our bills and that has not happened. Scott said he would talk to us about our move after the hearing. I have called only to hear he is planning to call me tomorrow morning by his staff. The poor business and no truth in anything from them I would say run fast!! Do not stop for this one!

I am very satisfied with Scott and his handling of an ongoing real estate sale I have with a property I sold. I hold the note on the property with a 5 yr. balloon payment. The buyer has had nothing but problems in keeping up with payments to me and paying his real estate taxes. Since Scott has taken legal action on my behalf, handling the legal hurdles has been affective, efficient and done in a timely manner. The situation is presently under control. Im a happy client.

Mr. Kuhn's firm handled a probate case for my family, which was a very lengthy and complicated process based on my specific situation. Throughout the process, his team was able to exhaust all options and fought tooth and nail to make sure that we would be successful in the case. I appreciate all their hard work, and how detailed the Kuhn Law Firm was in protecting the final wishes of my departed loved one to the best of their ability and within the law. They really came through for me.

We cannot recommend this Law Firm, and would warn "little people" to find a different attorney for your representative. If you are looking for legal help, you will find that you will have to pay lots money and put up with being belittled by staff. We found Mr. Scott Kuhn very likable and he seemed like he was going to take good care of us, but as he assigned our first attorney we began to think differently. Our first attorney was able to go to court and have our cast thrown out. He did not show up for court and did not bother to write a response for our case. Then he abruptly left and we were assigned a new attorney. This attorney kept putting our case off and nothing continued to happen. After about a year we started putting pressure on them to get something done. Meanwhile we were receiving bills of about $400.00 per month. We were told that there were offers made that were not made. We were told by a paralegal that they were "keeping us our of jail" and "we had our chance" when the case was not criminal and we could never be put in jail for not paying a falsified bill. With a good attorney we would not have had to pay anything however with Kuhn Law we just paid and paid. We paid them over $4000.00 and then still had to pay the bill that they were supposed to represent us for. One of the attorney even told us that the other party would only continue to use the court to collect attorney fees and our best bet would be to file bankruptcy. This it turned out was totally erroneous. I still believe that Mr. Kuhn could do a good job and is probably a good attorney, however he hands his work off to non professionals and they are horrible.
