This firm locked me into a contract to handle my dad's Probate case and then ghosted me for too long. Communication has since improved but I think they need to work on their process.

Our mother paid several thousands of dollars for estate planning. She completed estate planning. Shortly thereafter, she passed. No return phone calls for a week, went into office, got a bit of attention. Now, no response to emails. She’s been gone three and a half weeks and this law firm has not provided the services my mother paid for and fails to respond within even three business days. Buyer BEWARE.
