Mr. Neill was and is currently our lawyer. He handled a case with DOT (eminent domain) with compassion, finesse and eloquence. It was an emotional time as DOT was trying to expropriate our land and business that we have owned for 42 years. Mr. Neill negotiated on our behalf and proposed a solution for both DOT and for us. We will always be grateful to this fine man for all of his hard work and honorable character.
