I am genuinely shocked by the disparity between the glowing reviews I read and my own experience with this firm. Unfortunately, my first interaction with a lawyer has left me feeling completely disillusioned and hesitant to ever work with one again. After seeing numerous positive reviews, I chose this firm, but my experience has been far from what I was led to expect. I was initially told that my case would be quick and straightforward. I wasn’t filing for bankruptcy, just seeking assistance with a settlement. However, after two months of paying for services, my case had not even been started. I received constant excuses about staff being in and out of the hospital or unavailable due to meetings. I requested an in-person meeting with my lawyer, but every time I was told he wasn’t available or there was another reason for the delay. Communication was another major issue. I had to send multiple emails, often waiting more than a week for a response, even when I explicitly asked for updates. I was constantly reassured that my case was being worked on, but I never received any substantial progress. One of the key reasons I wanted to meet with my lawyer was to discuss and fill out my client forms, but I never had the opportunity to meet with him directly. Despite this, I was told my settlement was being processed without my completed forms or even a conversation about my questions. At this point, I feel completely misled. I never once spoke with my lawyer, and my case seems to have been ignored entirely. Given my experience, I’m left questioning the legitimacy of this firm and have reported my concerns. I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering their services.

This law firm was excellent from start to finish. Christy has been so patient and understanding with answering questions and just overall being there for a phone call at anytime. The ssdi claim was approved the first round with this firms help. Highly recommend.

Great lawyers highly recommend

I am a previously and current client with this practice. Previously, in the year 2009, I had a disability case where one of the lloyd brothers did an excellent job. No, complaints with that. For the past few years, I have had to return back to the workforce. I had an accident in 2022, and last year, i finally cleared the workman's comp part and still have the PI case! It's the personal injury department that I have dissatisfaction with. I don't have the same paralegal that I started out with, and it is very frustrating for me that there was no constant communication for months, and I understand that I'm not the only client they have, but it is very unsettling for me to feel like I'm a burden to someone that is supposed to represent me. It's just upsets me that whatever frustration is going on, professionally, the client shouldn't have to hear It through the phone, or see it because now i feel like my situition is a burden to someone that is paid to represent me. There are some things that have also been brought to my attention, but I will only display once I have experienced it myself. I hope I won't have to, though, but this is the only department that didn't make me feel as an important client than the others. To be clear, it's not the whole department, just the one who is assigned to me, and I just didn't want to mention a name yet! I pray it gets better!

This office was helpful from the start. I had applied for SSDI and contacted this office after using a different counsel for my first application which ended in denial. These guys listened. I had a whole file of information that the SSA found useless and was able to decipher and communicate this to the office. They were compassionate, very quick with their replies and thorough. Any and all questions answered professionally and explained step by step. Their fee agreements were the best around and would recommend this team to anyone seeking advice or assistance. My application was SSDI specifically, best health to all, and be well.
