I hope that my review will help someone to choose these awesome lawyers. I got a traffic ticket with moving violation, that was unjust. I called at least 10 different companies, and even though THIS company was more expensive, i decided to choose them to handle my case. The reason for that was that they were very professional how they handled me from the first conversation. I was not just another case. Those attorneys have communicated with me during the whole time before the case and after the case. Most companies do not communicate with you before the case and only inform you about the verdict. I also knew which lawyer will handle my case. I could check his credentials. And Paul was great. In a lot of companies you have no idea who will handle your case. It is thrown into one big pot. I would definitely choose them again, even though I hope there will never be a need for it. Thank you again Paul and Melter&Bell, P.A.

Not Guilty of all charges, I’m Home! DNA, Video, A codefendant who took the stand. I’m Innocent, but it looks bad, right. Whitney did such a Amazing job Cross examining the evidence and the state witnesses, that I Didnt I have to call any witnesses and I didn’t have to take the stand. Her closing was flawless. I walked out of the court house in a suit and some Jailhouse crocs. I walked away from 5 life sentences. Thank You Whitney Duteau

I was arrested in St. Lucie County, accused of DUI...I wasn't sure where to turn so I researched the best DUI attorneys on the Treasure Coast and had a few consultations to choose who I wanted to hire. After speaking with Steve Bell, I was reffered to meet with attorney Whitney Duteau at Meltzer & Bells' St. Lucie office. I read her impressive resume and many incredibly promising reviews from past clients before meeting her in person, so I had pretty high expectations....Whitney FAR exceeded all of those expectations!! It did take several months....but, "CHARGES DISMISSED"!! Not only did she get me the best outcome, she always promptly returned calls & texts, communicated strategy, has good rapport with state prosecutors, deposed witnesses, and her confidence eased my anxiety about a potential trial, she will fight for her clients best interests. Reginald B. Sessions is a horrible lawyer. He does not know the simple basis about the law. He shows up to court unprepared. I doubt very seriously if the opposing counsel even respects him. His office hours are not common hours. He has had a lot of turnover in his office. He will take your money and do nothing. I have seen him in the courtroom and he looks lost. He does not return phone calls or emails. I’m surprised the Florida Bar has not taken his Law license permanently. Reggie Sessions filed some JUNK MOTIONS, where the judge ruled the motion wasn’t even legally sufficient. A person is at there OWN RISK if you decide to hire Reginald B. Sessions.

This attourney was horrible. My case was a simple open and shut case. I gave him 3000 of my hard earned money and he did not even call any of the agencies that could have resolved my case. Also there was a video that would have gotten my case resolved his lazy secretary who was ydid not even send an email to get the evidense. This case involved a child and 3 years later my minor son is still suffering over a simple open and shut case. Also he caused my friend to lose custody of her kids. She was in the hospital and he ruined her case. She recently passed away and was never reunited with her kids.
