I would highly recommend Brian and his assistant Cassandra. They both handled my case professionally and smoothly. I was part of the process every step of the way and contact between us was always maintained. My case felt like a priority and that was most important to me.

Did an outstanding job on my criminal case in Indian River County. The office made the process bearable and allowed me to move on with my day today activities without the weight on my shoulders. They were very personable and professional putting everything in layman's terms for my comprehension. They are the best out there , hands down, with my highest regards and recommendation. I cannot thank them enough and I'm completely satisfied with my outcome. I have nothing but gratitude for making this inconvenience a closed book for me.

Brian and his team are AMAZING! There isn't enough stars to be able to give them and nobody else I would recommend. My son was falsely accused of crimes he did not commit and this team was on top of every last detail. The opposing side did not even make it half way through and they dropped the case. I can never thank Cassandra enough for taking every last one of my phone calls some even twice a day. They took their time to find every last detail proving my sons innocence. Not once did this team make my family and I feel not important or that we were not their top priority. We loved that Brian is 100% straightforward and honest with every move of our case. He told us what the worst could be and the outcome we were going for at all times. Thank you so much for all of your support, patience, and help we can finally sleep again.

Outstanding organization. Detail oriented. Professional. Very well organized. Knowledgeable and well respected and know by the Prosecutor, Judge and Probation Officer I had. Give them a call or swing by the office, they are good people. Plus there is an outstanding Italian baker/coffee shop located downstairs from his office, worse case have a great breakfast pastry and espresso.

He worked hard and got me the minimum punishment. The secatary communicated very well. Overall good experience with Brian and his office.

I highly recommend Mr. Maloney for anybody that wants to have good representation. He's an excellent excellent attorney and he did a good job on my son case, they were trying to give him 20 years and 32 years of probation. He did his research on the case and he defended him so good that they only gave him 3 years of probation. he's worth every penny and he's an asset to anybody that wants to be defended by him. I rate him 5 stars.

Overwhelmed ... with anger, fear and lack the knowledge of what to do next, I called The Law Firm of Brian Mallonee and it was the wisest decision I ever made. Brian and his legal assistant Lerin are an amazing team working together against the FALSE information DUI that is WRONGLY filed against you by individuals in authoritative positions due to their lack of accountability in doing their job. My wrongful DUI was dropped. I can absolutely tell you that if I would not have had their legal representation, I would have LOST everything including my job.
